Looking for a challenging and fun team biking event?  Consider riding for the ARL in the 2014 Last Gasp Ride!

Thanks to the generosity of Cape Cod Charitable Funraisers and the United Way of Cape Cod, the ARL can field a team of 20+ bike riders, prepared to ride 62-miles and raise a minimum of $500 for animals in need.

Riders can also enjoy a Cape Cod Bay Cruise and authentic Cape Cod clambake following the ride.

Last Gasp Course Highlights




Starting Line: The ride begins at 8:00 am sharp at the Sandwich Marina. After leaving the Marina, you receive an escort on to Route 6A.

Mile 23: Enjoy your first water stop at the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod on the corner of Route 6A and Rt. 134 in Dennis.

Mile 41: Enjoy your second water stop at the Kinlin-Grover office in So. Wellfleet on Rt. 6A.

Mile 55: You head off of Rt. 6A via Highland Ave in North Truro. At the end of the exit, take a left heading for Shore Road.

Last Gasp Hill: Short and steep!

The "Longest" 5 Miles: Along Shore Road, with small rolling hill, coupled with a stiff headwind.

Finish Line: Set up a couple of miles out of town on Shore Road at the Harbor Hotel in North Truro.
