The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) affords California consumers additional privacy protections. ARL will verify your identity prior to fulfilling your request in accordance with CCPA. In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, ARL has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

9. Safety of Children Under Age 13
ARL complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under age 13. ARL does not specifically market to, nor intentionally collect, personal information from website visitors under the age of 13. Should ARL learn about the submittal of information via this site from a child under the age of 13, ARL will delete the information as soon as possible.
