**COVID-19 Update: ARL is suspending all new volunteer and foster parent orientations through May 1st. While we appreciate so many families reaching out to help a shelter animal during this uncertain time, we can only place animals with those who have already completed ARL’s foster care orientation.**

Group Volunteering

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) welcomes local businesses, schools, and organizations that are looking to volunteer their time as a group to help animals in need.

While working directly with ARL’s shelter animals is not always possible, our Animal Care & Adoption Centers and administrative offices often need volunteers to help with other important tasks, such as shelter upkeep and organization, to general office support, and much more!

All Fall/Winter group volunteer opportunities have been filled. Please check back at the end of April for new group opportunites
