Join us at Boston Children’s Museum for a special Pet Adoption Night on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM! Meet adoptable animals, chat with shelter volunteers and representatives from local rescue organizations, create custom pet bandanas, and learn how you can take the first step toward welcoming a new furry friend into your home. Tickets are $25 and available on the Boston Children’s Museum event page. A portion of the proceeds will support the Animal Rescue League of Boston and other participating shelters.

ARL is happy to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of the Buffalo Exchange Tokens for Bags® program from July through December 2025. You can now support ARL just by shopping at Buffalo Exchange in Somerville and in Brookline. Instead of a plastic bag, the Tokens for Bags® program offers every customer who makes a purchase one “token” valued at five cents (the cost to produce a bag) to donate to one of several local charities selected by the store.
