Join us for a Block Pawty! Hosted by Legacy Place, this event will take place on Thursday, August 8, from 5:30pm-7:30pm in front of J.P. Licks at Legacy Place. Learn more. Grab your human and canine friends and stop over for: Activities and treats for your pups A live DJ Face painting and balloon animals Raffle prizes and vendors selling dog supplies Paw Patrol Characters Refreshments and snacks Adult tickets are $10 a person and Children’s tickets are $5 for children under 12. The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s (ARL) Animal Care & Adoption Center locations in Boston, Cape Cod (Brewster), and Dedham will be participating in NBC’s annual Clear the Shelters campaign to help promote pet adoption and donations. Stop by one of ARL’s Animal Care & Adoption Center locations during open hours to meet amazing adoptable animals or lend a paw to animals in need by making a donation. The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) will host a fee-waived adoption event for small animals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, and hamsters, at all three of its Animal Care & Adoption Centers. For those thinking of adding a small animal (or two) to the family, it’s a perfect time to do so! The event will run from Friday, November 8, through Sunday, November 10 at ARL’s Boston, Dedham, and Brewster Animal Care & Adoption Centers. Join us to celebrate Giving Tuesday with our first-ever Pop-up at ARL’s Dedham Animal Care & Adoption Center! From 1pm to 3pm, we will be encouraging donations and running a prize wheel, a craft station for decorating bandanas for your pets, and family family-friendly scavenger hunt. There will be light refreshments while supplies last.
